Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) and Solar PV installation for Six Retrofit Eco4 Funded Houses

Location: Thurrock, Essex


Oakray Renewables designed and installation the ASHP and PV for Six Retrofit Homes. The Retrofit included full upgrade from precast concrete building with little or no insulation to a modern insulated comfortable homes with heating and onsite electricicty generation. The clean electricity is provided by a 4.8 kW PV Solar System and the heating and hot water from a 8kW ASHP.
